OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited.

2. Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on May 21, 2008 and ends at 12:01  a.m. PST on May 28, 2008. Contest is open to any individual age 18 or older as of May 12, 2008 who is a legal resident of the United States or over the age of majority. Entrants must be present in the United States at the time they enter the Contest.

3. VOTING: User must register in order to vote. One vote per photo per registered user during the contest time period. Entrant cannot vote for their own photo.

5. JUDGING: All entries will be tallied, and results will be posted on May 20, 2008.  The winning photograph will be the one that receives the most valid votes before the closing time on May 28, 2008.

6. RESTRICTIONS: Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections. Sponsor and its affiliates reserve the right to discontinue the Contest at any time, in which event, only entries received prior that date will be considered. 

7.  PRIZE VALUE: $500

8.  Amrazzi.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel all or any portions of the Contest because of technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or for other reasons that corrupt the Contest in any manner. Amrazzi.com also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the Contest in any manner or through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent any of these Official Rules.

9.  Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant's participation in the Contest, the content of the entrant's photographs, or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. All entrants agree that United States law shall apply exclusively to the Contest.

10. There must be at least 100 votes during contest period for the prize to be paid.

11.  Offer void where otherwise prohibited by law.  Winners are responsible for taxes on all prizes.
